They get it! Apelgren Dental is a great balance of service, aesthetics, technology, and knowledge along with note-worthy chair-side skill, care, and manner in creating an overall pleasant patient experience. They even made prepping for a crown relatively easy! Have always been a little skeptical of choosing a dentist from "the list" provided by the insurance carrier, but it felt like I "scored" this time. Keep up the great work!

If it is possible to have an excellent experience while at a dental appointment this was it. First of all there was no Novocaine involved. I was finally enlightened concerning my gum issues maybe I can finally nip this in the bud before it is too late. Same wonderful staff with a new dentist and receptionist. Thank you.

Was greeted with a very friendly staff and was brought back immediately. The technician explained the process and started to do X-rays and cleaning. The dentist came in and reviewed my x-rays and treatment plan with me and then the technician proceeded to finish my cleaning polishing my teeth and applying cavity prevention. The only thing is, the initial cleaning with x-rays was $459. That seems like way too much. Other than that the service was great.

I just switched to Apelgren Dental, and WOW am I happy I did!! What an enjoyable experience. I’ve always had anxiety surrounding going to the dentist, but was instantly put at ease by their warm and inviting staff. They booked extra time since it was my first visit and really took the time to listen to any questions or concerns I had surrounding my teeth. The doctors were unbelievably kind, educated, and personable. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this group!

My whole family has been going to Apelgren Dental and we love them. Even though they’re not a specifically a pediatric dentist, they work SO well with my kiddos! My 3 yr old was nervous for his first visit and Dr. Katie and her team did a wonderful job of working with him and helping it be a totally positive experience.

I haven't been to the dentist in almost two years because of insurance reasons. After finding these guys close to my house with my new insurance. It was worth it, very professional and nice, they went out of the way to get me in early then my original appointment.

Had my first visit yesterday after changing from a dentist I really liked (distance challenges), and was so thrilled with my experience at Apelgren. You’re treated like they’ve known you personally for years and the whole vibe of the place is so familiar, personable and comfortable, even if you’ve never been before (like me!). Their process is thorough but gentle, and very efficient time-wise. Even the flossing - typically near torture when done by someone else - was really gentle. I was in and out in 30-45 min including new patient checkin, cleaning, exam, and future scheduling.

Hands down the best dental office in MN! From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out you can see and feel that the doctors and staff not only care about the patients on a personal level but that they truly want what is best for their dental health as well! Dr Jayce & Dr Katee have transformed this office into a fun yet professional atmosphere which is such a breath of fresh air from the typical "sterile" or "negative" vibe that some offices give off. My kids love coming here and the fact that they feel SO comfortable here really says a lot! I cannot recommend this office enough!!!

The best experience I've ever had at a dentist! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt so much comfort as the front desk ladies checked me in with a warm smile. Bernadette (one of the hygienists) explained everything she was doing during my visit so thoroughly, which was so nice and informative. Dr. Katee made me feel at ease with her knowledge and true kindness. It was my first visit, but I'm already looking forward to my next appointment (I'm one of those people who loves going to the dentist). My teeth feel great and it makes me want to smile even more! Ever since I moved to the Cities from Grand Rapids, MN I have been looking for a dentist that could equal my dentist in GR and I think I have found her. Dr. Katee and Bernadette are amazing! I am so excited to have found a dental practice that treats their patients like gold. Everyone in the office was friendly, kind and attentive. I didn’t feel rushed at all and thought the staff went out of their way to make me feel important. Professional, competent, courteous and thorough are all adjectives to describe Dr. Katee and Bernadette!

I've been going to Apelgren for years, and love it. Everyone there is helpful, professional and gets to know each patient. Cleanings are great and they never push for extra services and it feels like they're always looking out for my best interests. I've never had any type of major procedure, so I can't speak to that, but the dentists are clearly knowledgeable and very helpful. 5/5 would recommend.

I’ve been going to Apelgren dental for years and have always been impressed. I have a three year old who also attends! We love the entire team! After our appointment on our way home my little one said “who was my dentist again?” We responded with Dr.Jayce. Our three year old then said “he was really nice, I like him!” Such a wonderful place and extremely kid friendly as well 🙂

Everyone there is so kind, understanding and accommodating! Fixed a crown that had fallen off and then when it didn’t feel right fixed it the same day! Both Dr. Jayce and Dr. Katee are so friendly and really take the time to get to know you and are genuine people! Edit 4/7/22 Took my 3 year old there for her first checkup, and again they were so sweet to her and made her feel so comfortable! Didn’t even press her too hard when she only let them brush 6 teeth! 😂 Simply amazing people here!

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with the most welcoming arrival. The clinic was very clean and organized. Bridget, my hygienist was thorough and explained every step of the way. My teeth have never felt more clean! It was a great way to start out my birthday month! I would highly recommend this dental office!

When they bought and took over the old clinic I was a little hesitant as I liked very much the old owners. They have proven to me that a dentist can listen to you when you have had bad experiences in the past. They treat you with respect and accommodate very well for people like me that have high anxiety when going to dentists. They offer options of treatments and work with you on a plan to get paid what insurance doesn’t cover. Love going to their office knowing that I will be treated well.

My favorite thing about Apelgren is that the staff is so friendly! I also appreciate that they explain exactly what they’re going to be doing and what step of the cleaning/procedure they’re on. They also show me how my teeth are looking and inform me of what they are watching/concerned about. It’s nice to be informed and even after needing major dental work on one of my teeth I did not have mouth discomfort for days like I had at previous dental offices. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dental office! They’re top notch at their skills!
