My experience at Apelgren Dental was phenomenal! I was very much due for a teeth cleaning and the staff made me feel very comfortable & the step-by-step process was very well explained! They would tell me what services were covered by my insurance and what services weren’t. I never felt pressured to do more than necessary during my appointment unlike other dental offices. Me and my husband finally found a place to take care of us and we couldn’t be happier!!!

Very impressed. They were able to see me at short notice and talked me through everything they were doing. Would heartily recommended to anyone!

Everyone there is so kind, understanding and accommodating! Fixed a crown that had fallen off and then when it didn’t feel right fixed it the same day! Both Dr. Jayce and Dr. Katee are so friendly and really take the time to get to know you and are genuine people! Edit 4/7/22 Took my 3 year old there for her first checkup, and again they were so sweet to her and made her feel so comfortable! Didn’t even press her too hard when she only let them brush 6 teeth! 😂 Simply amazing people here!

The staff at Apelgren Dental are helpful and always happy to answer any questions I seem to have about insurance and procedures. Jayce is the goat! I’m in the process of having an implant placed and the transition is going as smoothly as I wished! Also, I really appreciate the patience that one of the hygienists had with my four year old cleaning. She made the visit fun, friendly and comfortable for my daughter! When I was told at my old dentist they would no longer accept my dental insurance, I was so sad I would have to find a new dentist. Little did I know that it would lead me to Apelgren! If it is possible to have an excellent experience while at a dental appointment this was it. First of all there was no Novocaine involved. I was finally enlightened concerning my gum issues maybe I can finally nip this in the bud before it is too late. Same wonderful staff with a new dentist and receptionist. Thank you.

Dr Katie is the best dentist I've ever seen in 46 years on the planet. Not exaggerating at all! She makes sure everything works perfectly and really takes her time to get things right. Also, she is very kind and personable. I had a problem with a crown from another dentist and it bugged me for several years. She fixed it in one appointment. Would trust her for all my family's dental needs.

Overall experience is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are flexible with payments, however unfortunately every time I’ve gone in I now have walked out with needing another procedure. Perhaps may be just timing or more thoroughness since the transfer from Quinn Dental. They are handling the Covid policy and procedure very well and thorough.

This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth! The team is very professional and welcoming. The dentist explains things well, and offer solutions by priority if dental work is needed. Dr. Jayce is very kind and gentle. I drive from another store suburb just to see them!

Highly recommend! The entire staff is accommodating, kind, and professional. Clean office space with modern updates as well as great music. Sheridan did an awesome job as my hygienist; making the experience efficient and comfortable. Dr. Katie is a great dentist who truly cares about her patients.

Apelgren dental clinic is the best in town, front office ladies are super friendly, the nurse and doctor are extremely good, I had very good first visit! Since I like this clinic so much so I moved our family of 5 all with Apelgren clinic now 🙂

So far I had an amazing experience here. Up at the front desk, Morgan was thorough and helpful with a great attitude. In the back, Michelle and Dr. Katee were very knowledgeable and patient with the million questions I had. The quality of the work so far has been very good (I am currently in the process of waiting for a crown). I will update with how the final result turns out. Out of all the dentist offices I have been to, I think they top the charts with the level of care they provide. I think the Apelgren family has a really good team here, and would highly recommend to give them a shot!

Update: I am very happy with the crown I received. It looks great, and Dr. Katee consistently verbalized that she wanted to ensure my upmost satisfaction with the crown. She wasn’t in any rush during my visits and I overall had a very welcoming experience here. Thanks guys! Keep it up. I definitely appreciate people in this world who care.

Ever since I moved to the Cities from Grand Rapids, MN I have been looking for a dentist that could equal my dentist in GR and I think I have found her. Dr. Katee and Bernadette are amazing!
