Was greeted with a very friendly staff and was brought back immediately. The technician explained the process and started to do X-rays and cleaning. The dentist came in and reviewed my x-rays and treatment plan with me and then the technician proceeded to finish my cleaning polishing my teeth and applying cavity prevention. The only thing is, the initial cleaning with x-rays was $459. That seems like way too much. Other than that the service was great.

I highly recommend Apelgren! I just became a patient here and my first visit was an amazing experience! They did an awesome and in-depth cleaning. When they found a small cavity they were able to deal with it during the same visit!

Had a great first experience after needing to get into the dentist quickly and couldn’t get in at my former dentist. They got me in quick, great gentle cleaning, X-rays and teeth molds! The hygienist and both doctors are friendly, inviting and took the time to listen to my needs!

So far I had an amazing experience here. Up at the front desk, Morgan was thorough and helpful with a great attitude. In the back, Michelle and Dr. Katee were very knowledgeable and patient with the million questions I had. The quality of the work so far has been very good (I am currently in the process of waiting for a crown). I will update with how the final result turns out. Out of all the dentist offices I have been to, I think they top the charts with the level of care they provide. I think the Apelgren family has a really good team here, and would highly recommend to give them a shot!

Update: I am very happy with the crown I received. It looks great, and Dr. Katee consistently verbalized that she wanted to ensure my upmost satisfaction with the crown. She wasn’t in any rush during my visits and I overall had a very welcoming experience here. Thanks guys! Keep it up. I definitely appreciate people in this world who care.

Great professional staff. Everyone is very friendly and eagar to help. Hygenists are all great, giving information on what they are doing and telling you honestly about your dental care. Dr. Katie has been very helpful with information and I feel is being very honest in giving the information I have needed to make informed decisions about my care. They front desk staff have been very helpful with payment planning and scheduling. They all get to know you and give personal attention. I would not think of going elsewhere.

Hands down the best dental office in MN! From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out you can see and feel that the doctors and staff not only care about the patients on a personal level but that they truly want what is best for their dental health as well! Dr Jayce & Dr Katee have transformed this office into a fun yet professional atmosphere which is such a breath of fresh air from the typical "sterile" or "negative" vibe that some offices give off. My kids love coming here and the fact that they feel SO comfortable here really says a lot! I cannot recommend this office enough!!!

My favorite thing about Apelgren is that the staff is so friendly! I also appreciate that they explain exactly what they’re going to be doing and what step of the cleaning/procedure they’re on. They also show me how my teeth are looking and inform me of what they are watching/concerned about. It’s nice to be informed and even after needing major dental work on one of my teeth I did not have mouth discomfort for days like I had at previous dental offices. When they bought and took over the old clinic I was a little hesitant as I liked very much the old owners. They have proven to me that a dentist can listen to you when you have had bad experiences in the past. They treat you with respect and accommodate very well for people like me that have high anxiety when going to dentists. They offer options of treatments and work with you on a plan to get paid what insurance doesn’t cover. Love going to their office knowing that I will be treated well.

When I was told at my old dentist they would no longer accept my dental insurance, I was so sad I would have to find a new dentist. Little did I know that it would lead me to Apelgren! It was fantastic reviews and being 5 min from my home, that brought me there. My whole family has been going to Apelgren Dental and we love them. Even though they’re not a specifically a pediatric dentist, they work SO well with my kiddos! My 3 yr old was nervous for his first visit and Dr. Katie and her team did a wonderful job of working with him and helping it be a totally positive experience.

The staff at Apelgren Dental are helpful and always happy to answer any questions I seem to have about insurance and procedures. Jayce is the goat! I’m in the process of having an implant placed and the transition is going as smoothly as I wished! Also, I really appreciate the patience that one of the hygienists had with my four year old cleaning. She made the visit fun, friendly and comfortable for my daughter! Highly recommend! The entire staff is accommodating, kind, and professional. Clean office space with modern updates as well as great music. Sheridan did an awesome job as my hygienist; making the experience efficient and comfortable. Dr. Katie is a great dentist who truly cares about her patients.

My experience here has always been positive. Checking in is easy (even during the COVID-19 pandemic) and appointments are always on time. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and will take time to answer your questions. There is NO "rushing in-rushing out" assembly-line treatment of patients like some other clinics.
