Carrie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Carrie studied biomedical sciences at St. Cloud State University. She then received her applied science degree in dental hygiene at Herzing University in 2006. Making patients feel at ease, connecting oral health to total body health, and seeing patients and their families through all their big and little milestones over the years make dental hygiene truly enjoyable for her. Carrie enjoys seeing patients of all ages and especially pediatric patients. When not at the office, she is busy with her husband and their three young children. She enjoys entertaining friends and family at her home, reading, and teaching Sunday school at her church.

Michelle

Registered Dental Hygienist

Michelle grew up in southern Minnesota and is a graduate of Mankato State University. Her passion for her work is exemplified in 30 plus years of building trusting relationships, providing gentle patient care and promoting health through proper oral hygiene. Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys the outdoors, especially during the beautiful Minnesota summers! She also loves watching sports, especially the Vikings, Twins, and Wild.

Mindy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Mindy has been a dental hygienist for over twenty years, graduating from Normandale’s Dental Hygiene program in Bloomington, MN in 2001. In that time, she has worked to foster meaningful connections with patients, while striving to provide exceptional care. Mindy lives in Rosemount, MN with her family. She is happiest spending time watching her children perform in local theater productions. Mindy also enjoys writing, her memoir “Embracing Charlie” was recognized with a finalist title in the Christian Inspirational category of the 2014 USA Best Book Awards.

Lydia

Registered Dental Hygienist

Lydia is one of the dental hygienists here at Apelgren Dental! Lydia has been in the dental world since 2014; started as a dental assistant where she first worked with Dr. Jayce and Dr. Katee in Eau Claire to now, where she has found her way as one of their hygienists! She lives in Hugo with her husband Jake, daughter Wren, and two dogs, Nuka and Lizzie. When Lydia is not working she loves spending time outdoors with her family, traveling to new places, reading and trying new eateries. Lydia loves getting to know patients and building long lasting relationships with them! She can’t wait to meet you!

Jordan

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jordan grew up in Prior Lake, MN and is currently living in Eagan with her boyfriend and fur babies. She graduated from the U of M with a biology degree and then went on to pursue a degree in dental hygiene from Normandale and Metro State University. She grew up doing gymnastics and coached for many years prior to becoming a hygienist. Along with dental, she is also very passionate about fitness and health. Jordan’s favorite part of this role is working with families and creating relationships with patients of all ages. She loves to learn about her patient’s passions and motivations! When not in the office she enjoys spending time with family, exploring walking trails with her Staffy puppy, Vinny, checking out local restaurants, and relaxing with a good book.

Nicole

Front Desk Administrator

Nicole grew up in the Southwest Metro and still resides there today. She attended MN State University Mankato and has been in the dental field since 2006. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids and their two dogs. They are lovers of ALL sports, spending time at the camper with family, going to concerts with friends and being outside as much as possible when it is not a frozen tundra!

Front Desk Administrator

Kait grew up in River Falls WI and currently lives in Saint Paul with her husband and their dog, Layla. She has been a medical administrator since 2015 with focus in the dental field since 2019. In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, reading, and seeing live music.

Sol

Front Desk Administrator

Sol has been a patient coordinator for over 6 years. She is the first face you will see and voice you will hear when arriving at Apelgren Dental! Building lasting relationships with patients is her top priority. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, son, husband, and 2 dogs! In her free time, she loves attending her kids soccer games and teaching Sunday school classes at her local church. Sol loves grilling out and enjoy quality family time!

Aylin

Front Desk Administrator

Aylin was born in Orange County, California and raised in Bloomington, Minnesota! Aylin has been a Patient Coordinator since 2018 and she has loved every moment of it! Creating a strong bond with patients is her top priority and being able to create a friendship with patients is what she loves most about her job! She will greet you with a big smile and make sure all your questions are answered. In her free time, Aylin enjoys spending time with her dog Milo, working out, quality family time, and trying new restaurants!

As a dental assistant of 8 years Michelle takes pride in patient care and making sure her patients are comfortable and relaxed as possible. She believes there is nothing more satisfying than helping patients complete the steps to making their dream smile become a reality. Michelle enjoys movies, spending time with her family, and going up north to her cabin.
