Overall experience is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are flexible with payments, however unfortunately every time I’ve gone in I now have walked out with needing another procedure. Perhaps may be just timing or more thoroughness since the transfer from Quinn Dental. They are handling the Covid policy and procedure very well and thorough.

Was greeted with a very friendly staff and was brought back immediately. The technician explained the process and started to do X-rays and cleaning. The dentist came in and reviewed my x-rays and treatment plan with me and then the technician proceeded to finish my cleaning polishing my teeth and applying cavity prevention. The only thing is, the initial cleaning with x-rays was $459. That seems like way too much. Other than that the service was great.

Apelgren has been an amazing experience for me! They have helped me with my needs while being professional, informational and keeping it as a place you'd enjoy going back to. 😊 Enjoy the staff and Dr. Jace, and Dr. Katee!

When I was told at my old dentist they would no longer accept my dental insurance, I was so sad I would have to find a new dentist. Little did I know that it would lead me to Apelgren! It was fantastic reviews and being 5 min from my home, that brought me there. What keeps me there is their attention to detail, absolutely amazing staff, patient first mentality, and do I even need to mention the power couple duo of Dr. Katee and Dr. Jayce?! Talk about #couplegoals! They are the absolute, only dentists, you should be seeing in the south metro. Thanks to this fantastic team for your dedication and care you show me at every visit!

I’ve been going to Apelgren dental for years and have always been impressed. I have a three year old who also attends! We love the entire team! After our appointment on our way home my little one said “who was my dentist again?” We responded with Dr.Jayce. Our three year old then said “he was really nice, I like him!” Such a wonderful place and extremely kid friendly as well 🙂

Everyone was very friendly! I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The dental assistant was very kind and friendly and the dentist, Dr. Katee was amazing! She talked me through every step with a smile on her face! I would highly recommend Apelgren Dental!

I called after I broke a tooth yesterday and they got me in today. Both Dr Katee and Dr Jayce are great, as is their entire staff. Dr Jayce removed the tooth with absolutely no pain. I finally found my new Dentists!

What an amazing dental experience!! From the moment I stepped in the door the staff greeted me with a smile. The office was so clean and welcoming. My Hygienist, Bernie, provided the best cleaning I have ever had. I needed a small filling which they were able to take care of the same day. This was so convenient! I've been going to Apelgren for years, and love it. Everyone there is helpful, professional and gets to know each patient. Cleanings are great and they never push for extra services and it feels like they're always looking out for my best interests. I've never had any type of major procedure, so I can't speak to that, but the dentists are clearly knowledgeable and very helpful. 5/5 would recommend.

I love this place! I was about 20 minutes late, Dr. K Apelgren and her team was still happy to see me. Honestly, I thought they were going to turn me away and tell me to reschedule. Yet, they informed me I would be seen but, we just wouldn’t have much time for my visit. The visit was short but very very efficient. Excellent service!

The best experience I've ever had at a dentist! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt so much comfort as the front desk ladies checked me in with a warm smile. Bernadette (one of the hygienists) explained everything she was doing during my visit so thoroughly, which was so nice and informative. My experience at Apelgren Dental was phenomenal! I was very much due for a teeth cleaning and the staff made me feel very comfortable & the step-by-step process was very well explained! They would tell me what services were covered by my insurance and what services weren’t. I never felt pressured to do more than necessary during my appointment unlike other dental offices. Me and my husband finally found a place to take care of us and we couldn’t be happier!!!

This is a place where I feel as home. The hospitality starts from entering the door, the entire team is so amazing . The receptionist are so friendly with a high work ethics n always happy to help, even when you call for some specific questions. My special appreciation goes to the receptionist named Morgan, she is awesome. I wish I get that service in every different business aspects.

Best staff, best hygienists, best dentists without question! They always do a great job and are very friendly and willing to help. I have been a patient for many years going back to when it was Quinn Dental. When the owners changed to Apelgren I was nervous at first, but it didn't take long before those concerns were laid to rest. I have been coming here now for a few years and I can tell you that not only did they match the service provided by Quinn, but they have exceeded it by a mile. My son and I are always happy to come in and see everyone each time we have an appointment. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Everyone there is so kind, understanding and accommodating! Fixed a crown that had fallen off and then when it didn’t feel right fixed it the same day! Both Dr. Jayce and Dr. Katee are so friendly and really take the time to get to know you and are genuine people! Edit 4/7/22 Took my 3 year old there for her first checkup, and again they were so sweet to her and made her feel so comfortable! Didn’t even press her too hard when she only let them brush 6 teeth! 😂 Simply amazing people here!

I can't begin to tell you how warm, welcoming and incredible the staff are here. They made me feel so much more comfortable about my teeth pain. I've never not felt like a # until yesterday. Transferring my all my dental care over here full time because they are so incredible. Can't recommend them enough.

I've been going here since i was a kid (formally Quinn Dental). They are so friendly and helpful. They always remember us by name and always are interested in what has been going on in your life, since they last saw you. The dentists & hygienists here know my whole family, and its such a great atmosphere! The new owners are incredibly friendly and are so kind! They have revamped the office & it looks and feels great inside!

Great professional staff. Everyone is very friendly and eagar to help. Hygenists are all great, giving information on what they are doing and telling you honestly about your dental care. Dr. Katie has been very helpful with information and I feel is being very honest in giving the information I have needed to make informed decisions about my care. They front desk staff have been very helpful with payment planning and scheduling. They all get to know you and give personal attention. I would not think of going elsewhere.

I have not had a regular dentist in years. Stopped in as its by my eye dr and all the staff are super nice and friendly. The dentist made me feel good about the game plan we put in place, since its been awhile since I have been to the dentist.
