Ever since I moved to the Cities from Grand Rapids, MN I have been looking for a dentist that could equal my dentist in GR and I think I have found her. Dr. Katee and Bernadette are amazing! I am so excited to have found a dental practice that treats their patients like gold. Everyone in the office was friendly, kind and attentive. I didn’t feel rushed at all and thought the staff went out of their way to make me feel important. Professional, competent, courteous and thorough are all adjectives to describe Dr. Katee and Bernadette!

Overall experience is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are flexible with payments, however unfortunately every time I’ve gone in I now have walked out with needing another procedure. Perhaps may be just timing or more thoroughness since the transfer from Quinn Dental. They are handling the Covid policy and procedure very well and thorough.

Apelgren Dental is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The office is very fresh, clean and modern, with upbeat music blaring through the rooms. Highly recommend!

Everyone there is so kind, understanding and accommodating! Fixed a crown that had fallen off and then when it didn’t feel right fixed it the same day! Both Dr. Jayce and Dr. Katee are so friendly and really take the time to get to know you and are genuine people! Edit 4/7/22 Took my 3 year old there for her first checkup, and again they were so sweet to her and made her feel so comfortable! Didn’t even press her too hard when she only let them brush 6 teeth! 😂 Simply amazing people here!

I highly recommend Apelgren! I just became a patient here and my first visit was an amazing experience! They did an awesome and in-depth cleaning. When they found a small cavity they were able to deal with it during the same visit!

So far I had an amazing experience here. Up at the front desk, Morgan was thorough and helpful with a great attitude. In the back, Michelle and Dr. Katee were very knowledgeable and patient with the million questions I had. The quality of the work so far has been very good (I am currently in the process of waiting for a crown). I will update with how the final result turns out. Out of all the dentist offices I have been to, I think they top the charts with the level of care they provide. I think the Apelgren family has a really good team here, and would highly recommend to give them a shot!

Update: I am very happy with the crown I received. It looks great, and Dr. Katee consistently verbalized that she wanted to ensure my upmost satisfaction with the crown. She wasn’t in any rush during my visits and I overall had a very welcoming experience here. Thanks guys! Keep it up. I definitely appreciate people in this world who care.

I have not had a regular dentist in years. Stopped in as its by my eye dr and all the staff are super nice and friendly. The dentist made me feel good about the game plan we put in place, since its been awhile since I have been to the dentist.

This couple came in on a HOLIDAY to help me. DURING THE PANDEMIC. They made me feel welcome, safe, and understood. They didn’t shame me. They lifted me up and made me feel good for calling them. Best staff, best hygienists, best dentists without question! They always do a great job and are very friendly and willing to help. I have been a patient for many years going back to when it was Quinn Dental. When the owners changed to Apelgren I was nervous at first, but it didn't take long before those concerns were laid to rest. I have been coming here now for a few years and I can tell you that not only did they match the service provided by Quinn, but they have exceeded it by a mile. My son and I are always happy to come in and see everyone each time we have an appointment. I highly recommend them to everyone!

It was my 1st time. Everyone is very friendly and nice! They made sure I feel comfortable and understand what they want to do and why. Also they made sure my insurance will cover procedures and I won't pay out of pocket. Loved it!

I go here with my daughter. They are very good with kids and did some excellent cosmetic work to my teeth at an affordable rate. It is a recently remodeled space. Dr. Jayce and Dr. Katee are both nice young professional dentists. Glad to have them just a few blocks from home.

Great professional staff. Everyone is very friendly and eagar to help. Hygenists are all great, giving information on what they are doing and telling you honestly about your dental care. Dr. Katie has been very helpful with information and I feel is being very honest in giving the information I have needed to make informed decisions about my care. They front desk staff have been very helpful with payment planning and scheduling. They all get to know you and give personal attention. I would not think of going elsewhere.

From the moment I scheduled our visit for our three young children until the moment we were walking out, teeth cleaned, x-rays completed, new toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss in hand, the kids admiring their treasures from the treasure chest, and follow up appointments scheduled, I couldn’t help but smile at the overall experience that we received at Apelgren Dental. We were welcomed gleefully by the staff, our hygienist was an absolute delight. Dr. Katee’s incredible rapport with the kids was a joy to watch. Thank you all for the VIP treatment!

What an amazing dental experience!! From the moment I stepped in the door the staff greeted me with a smile. The office was so clean and welcoming. My Hygienist, Bernie, provided the best cleaning I have ever had. I needed a small filling which they were able to take care of the same day. This was so convenient! I went to Quinn Dental for 16 years before it was purchased by Dr. Apelgren and his wife. Of course, I was concerned about the change but, the transition was smooth and I am very happy with the care that I am receiving with the new dental operation. I have enjoyed getting to know Dr. Apelgren, his wife and new staff. They are very professional and they all do a great job! Also, the renovation of the office looks very nice. I am happy to recommend Apelgren Dental.

Dr. Katee makes the whole dental visit experience borderline enjoyable! I loved how she and her assistants (Bridget) explain exactly what's going on and what to expect. The entire staff including the receptionists are very welcoming and also very good at their jobs! I would highly recommend this office for your new dentist!

I chipped my front tooth and contacted Aplegren Dental, they got me into the schedule right away the next morning and fixed my tooth, I think it looks better now than it did before I chipped it. Everyone in the office is so friendly and always smiling, the atmosphere is great! I always live going into their office.

My experience here has always been positive. Checking in is easy (even during the COVID-19 pandemic) and appointments are always on time. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and will take time to answer your questions. There is NO "rushing in-rushing out" assembly-line treatment of patients like some other clinics.

This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth! The team is very professional and welcoming. The dentist explains things well, and offers solutions by priority if dental work is needed. Dr. Katee is very kind and gentle. I drive from another suburb just to see them!

I was seen on time and everyone was very welcoming and professional. The hygienist and dentist explained things and gave me a chance to ask questions. I was given my antibiotic I forgot to take. Even got a pillow for under my neck. Very happy I chose Apelgren Dental.

Was greeted with a very friendly staff and was brought back immediately. The technician explained the process and started to do X-rays and cleaning. The dentist came in and reviewed my x-rays and treatment plan with me and then the technician proceeded to finish my cleaning polishing my teeth and applying cavity prevention. The only thing is, the initial cleaning with x-rays was $459. That seems like way too much. Other than that the service was great.

It was amazing! I struggle with going to the dentist and brushing due to sensory issues.I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone was patient with me and explained everything before they did it! I am actually so excited to go back and get my dental health in order again. Thank you to everyone at apelgren dental!

I’m in the process of having an implant placed and the transition is going as smoothly as I wished! Had my first visit yesterday after changing from a dentist I really liked (distance challenges), and was so thrilled with my experience at Apelgren. You’re treated like they’ve known you personally for years and the whole vibe of the place is so familiar, personable and comfortable, even if you’ve never been before (like me!). Their process is thorough but gentle, and very efficient time-wise. Even the flossing - typically near torture when done by someone else - was really gentle. I was in and out in 30-45 min including new patient checkin, cleaning, exam, and future scheduling.
